The structure of the stretch film machines

The structure of the stretch film machine, mainly has two parts:

1, the stretch forming: in the plane of the main work is to have a tensile membrane after joint heating plate, raise the temperature of membrane, in order to increase the plasticity of membrane, membrane stretched again by compressed air and exhaust air into the same shape as the mold. 

2, heat sealing packaging: the main work is on the film and the membrane under, after extracting the air inside the membrane, the formation of a vacuum, membrane on contact with the hot sealing plate above, heat heating film by heat sealing plate, the upper and lower layer of heat sealing film material melt, again through the pressure squeeze pressure, make up and film adhesion, as a whole, to ensure product packaging not leak. 

3, other structure are: rolling, rolling, the membrane film printing film cursor tracking, the previous print, transverse longitudinal cutting knife, chain operation, etc.
