Some points about the bag making machine

1.The main eye mark working well,but the up and down printing eye marks.  Reason:the error of Fix-length working on the up and down films is too much.  Setting: I tnink you should  set the length shorter

 2.The precondition of the photoelectric tracking working well   The length is very accurate in Fix-length working model,if there is 5mm error in the Fix-length working model,but the Searching length in advance is just 3mm,it will not work well in the eye mark working model. 

 3.there are signal lights from the PLC,you can check the working state by checking whether the LED change or not on the PLC.  6.The secondary length comp means the compensation factor on the up and down film.   If the up and down film is too tight,you can enlarge it,and if it’s too loose,you can decrease it. 7.A5 servo motor drive The way for setting electronic gear:change the date of NO:010 8.The password of the system is 1234 or 2222.  

 4.the secondary working mode Purpose:for setting whether it need use independent eye mark on the up and down film. If set it in the white mode,working using the Fix-length mode,we can lift the robber roller not press.
