Double-layer co-extrusion stretch film machine

Double layer co-extrusion stretch film extrusion machine adopts two extruding system to produce two layer LDPE or LLDPE stretch film machine;

Two hoppers and two screws can receive same and different raw materials to produce normal plastic film and special film(single/double side self-sticky stretch wrapping film);They are widely used for packing construction materials and hardware etc.

Features of Double-layer co-extrusion stretch film machine:

 1. Screw and barrel are make of 38 CrMoAIA and treated by nitrogen with the advantages of corrosion resistance and endurance Etc.

 2. T-shape Die adopts double-saving design to make film thickness uniform and use durable cast aluminium sheet to make heating uniform; 

3. Independent heating zones can realize accurate heating and ensure raw material completely plasticized and high extrusion quality. 

4. All motors adopt Variable-frequency motor for adjusting speed,durability,save-power, sensitive, accurate adjusting-speed. Variable-frequency motor and traction force determine the thickness of film;

5. Advanced Automatic Temperature control system can accurately control the process of plasticization and adjust the smoothness of film.

6. The diameter 370/420mm of water cooling roller adopts cycle water to cool the plastic film to make the plastic film have the best transparency;

7. The machine consist of extruder, traction part, automatic adjusting leveling part, edge trimming, automatic winding part and PLC;

8. The machine has the features: stable running, Low noise, human-computer interface control, PLC control the winding part.
