1. screw and barrel are made of 38 38CrMoALA (Chrome-molybdenum aluminum) after nitrogen treatment with best rigidity and corrosion resistance;

2. The die is plated with hard chromium, it adopt spiral die core to make film smooth and good brightness;

3. Recycling water cooling system makes film high transparency.

4. Air cooling device adopts labyrinth structure to ensure air volume uniform, automatic temperature control and automatic heating. 

5. The winder adopts torque motor, friction winding, make the roll more smooth.
