EPE Foam sheet extrusion machine

EPE Foam sheet extrusion machine is mainly used for producing EPE foam sheet. The main machine extrude the melted LDPE resin which is mixed with butane gas, talcum powder,anti-shrinkage agents and other materials, and by the die head and die lip foaming, and then through fix-shaped drum to determine the size of sheet, the final product is rolled up by winder. 

The features of EPE Foam sheet extrusion machine

1. Screw and barrel: 38 CrMnALA alloy steel+ nitrogen treatment, with features of better hardness and strength. The ratio of length and diameter is 55:1 , to improve the plasticizing capacity and plasticizing quality; 

2. The feeding part: The circular cooling water to prevent excess temperature , which may cause raw material sticky or blocky; Even jam the feeding mouth.

3. Extruder and pulling device adopt Variable frequency motor to ensure operation stability, and reduce the power consumption. 

4. Butane supply system adopt professional high-pressure pump with one-way valve which ensure the working safe;

5.Anti-shrinkage agent system adopt specific high-pressure pump with one-way value ; its function is to press the melted anti-shrinkage into the screw and barrel and prevent anti-shrinking from reverse back.

6.Tandem screw with independent heating zones to ensure heating to achieve gradually;

Producing Process of EPE Foam sheet extrusion machine:

The sheet material is formed through the die head and die lip, die lip and the speed of pulling device decide the thickness of sheet material; fix-shaped drum decide the width of sheet with air cooling and water cooling device, ; and then through auto-expanding rollers and Variable-frequency motor controlling pulling roller, at last, the final product is rolled up by turn-over winder which can automatically turn over 180 degree, and automatic alarm when it achieve the preset length.
